About the Role

Do you want to manage a team of Key Account Managers located across Europe and play an impactful role in the green transition and digitization in one of the biggest industries in the world?  At Agreena, we are looking for a Head of Key Account Management who will play a central role in the next stage of our organisational growth – someone who will manage and develop our Key Account Management function supporting our international growth.

As Head of Key Account Management you will be overall responsible for international sales organisation of end-2-end large farm sales and enrolment. Together, you and our Key Account Managers will be driving customer conversion with accountability for commercial outcomes – of course with the constant target to drive carbon emission reductions in the agricultural industry. You and your team will play a key role in supporting our sales growth by developing and growing selected strategic accounts in close cooperation with the rest of the market development team.

The role will be situated at Agreena’s headquarter in Copenhagen and will report to the Director of, International Markets. 

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Leading an international sales team of 9 located across Europe

  • Secure a structured and target driven approach in your team

  • Driving large farm sales and enrolment with your Key Account Managers

  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Customer Success teams, anchored in a clear set of metrics and knowledge flow

  • Feed Customer Success, Marketing and Product development with feedback and insights from the field

Requirements

The key to success in this role is to have an empowering and a go-getter mindset that strives to find solutions and have a passion for leadership and sales.

Necessary:

  • Proven leadership experience for international sales team

  • International experience from European markets

  • Managed and developed large accounts

  • Understand complex products and have the capabilities to create simple and appealing storytelling around it

  • English at negotiation level (spoken and written) 

  • Ability to thrive with both high ambitions as well as expectations

Nice to haves:

  • Experience from the agricultural industry

  • Managed people remotely
