We are on an incredible growth journey, which means that we need to build a strong Talent Acquisition team in order to support the organisation to scale at pace. With this role, you will be focusing on the growth needs for our Technology and Product teams. The objective for the People team going forward is to provide an inspiring candidate and employee experiences both via building the right foundation and processes as well as everyday execution – everyone at Agreena are doers. With passion and purpose, we believe that sky's the limit for growing within our organisation. You will report to the Head of People, located in our beautiful office placed centrally in Copenhagen.
What will you do on a daily basis
Consult and partner with hiring managers in the Tech and Product teams on their hiring needs (job scope and impact, candidate value proposition, ideal candidate profile, etc..)
Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process for all our open positions in Tech & Product and ensure the best “Candidate Experience” possible
Apply well-developed sourcing skills to find passive candidates and build talent pools.
Provide talent market insights and develop adequate search strategies to attract diverse, best in class talent
Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
Build and manage relationship with external recruitment agencies as per needs as well as
Use data metric to consistently improve time to hire and quality of profiles presented
Drive and initiate global TA initiatives such as TA Technology (AI) and improvements of the TA process (e.g: creating a good interview process, setting the foundations for interview training, creating the right sourcing strategies, etc..)
